We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gozney purchase. If you are not happy with your oven or accessories, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Gozney boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return shipment.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
